He is the 5th District Legislator in Oswego County, NY representing the Town of Constantia and Village of Cleveland is the President of CASART, the Central Adirondack Search and Rescue Team.

Roy's current lectures are "Occupation Adirondack Hermit" and "French Louie and His Biographer."
